Role & Responsibilities Capgemini is hiring for 2 Roles – Tester & Developer:

  • All selected candidates will be provided class room training / On the job training on a technology and/or domain
  • There will be regular assessment during training period
  • Post successful completion of the training they will be deployed in projects as developers or testers

Developer:

  • Work on a software development project/initiative
  • The person would be responsible for ensuring a quality delivery within the specified timelines
  • Deliverables may include software code, scripts, unit test reports, code fix, documentation and various reports as necessary
  • Follow the best practices and processes as required for the project
  • Person is expected to be a self-starter with great team skills

Tester:

  • Understand and analyze the business requirements
  • Work on Testing concepts and process
  • Preparing test scenarios and test cases
  • Execution of test cases
  • Defect logging and tracking
  • Preparation of test execution report

Note: Candidates who have already appeared for Capgemini process are not eligible to appear again

Target Degrees & Branches B.Tech/BE and MCA,ME ( CS/IT & Other circuit branches  )

 Job purpose :

 

Associate Business Analyst will assist the Business team in making decisions through market research and data analysis. Primary objective of this position is to analyze current business environment for business viability and steer the division towards most lucrative business models. Since our organization is in startup stage and highly driven to be successful, this position-holder would get opportunities beyond his role and will get exposure in multiple functions within a short span of time.

 

Duties and responsibilities :

 

  • Evaluating and solving business challenges based on hypothesis from top management
  • Collect, review and analyze information that enables the team to make sound recommendations
  • Research other companies and industries to compare and measure performance guidelines
  • Prepare data-backed reports that summarize team’s findings and recommendations

 

Technical and Non-technical Skills required :

 

  • Proficient in data collection, data refining, data analysis concepts and willingness to explore these further.
  • Preferably proficient in using data analysis tools like MS excel, SPSS etc.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams in a high growth startup with multiple projects
  • Readiness to make cold calls and meet new people for getting information as part of Market Research.
  • Readiness to travel within India (Mostly Tier I, II cities) for market research and meetings
  • Readiness to be part of startup environment consisting of highly agile functions and teams where goals and business model may change several times to ensure long term success.

 

CoCubes.com is working with Capgemini for past 4 years. Every year they used to hire in month of November/December i.e. once students are out of campus. This year they started hiring for 2015 batch early, starting from November 2014. This year Capgemini has planned  three events :-

 

  1. Bangalore Event : Final Interviews happened on 16th November 2014.
  2. Pune/Delhi NCR : Final Interview happened in month of January 2015.
  3. Bhopal/Hyderabad : Interviews are scheduled in month of April 2015.

 

Capgemini selection process for 2015 batch ( Same has been mentioned in Job Listing )

 

  1. Student should have appeared for PRE-ASSESS and should be meeting initial cut-offs of Capgemini.
  2. Students meeting PRE-ASSESS Cut-off and academic eligibility criteria will be able to apply.
  3. Job Post for Bhopal/Hyderabad Event will get closed on 25th March 2015.
  4. Students will be further shortlisted on the basis of PRE-ASSESS score and list will be shared with college on 26th March 2015.
  5. Shortlisted students will undergo APPTITUDE Test. Students who clears the APPTITUDE Test will be called to Hyderabad for final Face-to-Face interview on 18th /19thApril 2015.
  6. As a part of final selection, students will undergo Technical-HR Interview followed by VERSANT Test.
